Installazione fallita o incompleta

Salve
ho una debole eperienza su Linux e nulla su Debian.
Ho un Acer serie 9300 con 2 processori AMD Turion 64 x2 m.t. TL-50 e sto cercando di installare Debian su di un HD esterno su usb 2 (SAMSUNG HD321KJ). Ho scaricato l'immagine: debian-40r1-i386-netinst.iso e l'ho masterizzata in un CD. Ho fatto il boot tramite CD e ho installato Debian sull'HD esterno. Ho rifatto il boot da HD esterno ed ottengo questa serie di messaggi:

sembra che alcuni programmi partano prima che venga montato il disco USB ...
