Ciao, provo a riesumare questo topic per evitare di aprirne un altro uguale.

Ho lo stesso problema anche io con la differenza che io uso una scheda video intel.

aggiungo che se provo a startare in single user mode, ed anzichè inserire la root pass premo ^D il boot prosegue e mi proietta su GDM senza problemi...

Non ho provato ancora ad impostare i vesa ma preferirei continuare ad utilizzare i driver intel in quanto mi servono risoluzioni abbastanza piccole (1280x1024, ecc)
